I have been on the Keto diet since Jan 1st of 2019. Its now October 17th 2019. I have had one of these as a breakfast replacement at least 5 times a week since I started. Since I started, I have lost 137 pounds.I like the taste and that I don't need to add any butter or heavy cream. For me, a shake is supposed to be simple and quick. If I had time to blend up a mix of butter or heavy cream, I would just make some eggs or something else for breakfast. This is just two scoops + water into a shaker bottle and I'm off to work. The taste is protein. Its not some magical flavor that will fool you into thinking this is chocolate milk. If you don't spend a good while mixing it, it can be powdery. If you don't use really cold water, it can have an aftertaste. It is one of the best protein shakes I've had and one of the few I can actually stomach. I went through the comments and wanted to address a few things that people bring up.1- "NOT KETO!"Get off your high horse. This is fine for keto. You have to remember that "keto" is different for everyone. The version of keto I am doing is for weight loss. Its not the same version of keto as my friend who weighs 140 pounds and does it as a lifestyle. Posting a review that just says "not keto" doesn't help anyone.2 - The tub isn't full!Look at the total servings. It should't matter how big the container is, as long as the amount of servings I get equals the amount on the back. So far, in the last (almost) 11 months, total servings has been very accurate for me.3 - It makes me fart.Well.. yeah. That's what protein shakes do.4- It has hidden sugar! This is hilarious. Where is it hiding? As a diabetic, I laugh every time I read this.
