If you are looking for a crispy low carb coating for fried pickles or chicken, this is your product. It is best when combined with herbs & some cheeses--like grated parm. Bonus: these are high in protein! You can buy some that are whole, but you'll never be able to achieve the consistency found in this product.
Absolutely amazing!! I am Keto and was craving chicken cutlets- these are a perfect breadcrumb substitute. My cutlets actually came out better than when I used breadcrumbs! I can't wait to try other recipes with these! Stuffed mushrooms here I come!!
Brilliant idea! I am always looking for flavorful alternatives to try out. I stumbled across the Pork King product while researching low carb items. I bought a jar and used it as a breading for Organic Chicken Cutlets. They fried up crisp and flavorful. I highly recommend this item. Can't wait to try it as a low carb alternative to whatever recipe needs breadcrumbs. With Taste,Chef C. W. Desiato
I wanted to try a keto recipe for schnitzel I'd seen. It calls for dredging the meat (I used pounded chicken breast) first in almond flour; then in egg; then in pork rinds. I used Pork King Good for the rinds, and then pan-fried. The result was delicious, and I appreciated the flavor, texture, and convenience of the product. I look forward to enjoying the rest of the jar. I would order again.
